Personal data we collect

Curado Trust (Nederland) B.V. collects personal data to comply with National and International Law. You provide this data directly to Curado Trust (Nederland) B.V. before and when entering into the service agreement with our office.We also obtain and record certain public information when needed for our client acceptance procedure.

We may record the following data with the necessary evidence:
 
  • Name
  • Date and place of birth
  • National (tax) identification number
  • Address
  • Contact details
  • Financial details on your investments and wealth
  • Details of any holding structure including UBO information

How do we use your personal data?

Curado Trust (Nederland) B.V. uses your personal data to comply with National and International Law, specifically but not limited to the following:
 
  • Wet toezicht trustkantoren (wtt) Under the Dutch law on Supervision of the Trust offices, we need to follow procedures to identify the risks related to the management/domiciliation /other services rendered to your entity;
  • Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financiering terrorisme (Wwft): Under this Dutch anti-money laundering law we need to identify our clients and the source of their wealth;
  • Common Reporting Standards: We may report your data to the Dutch tax authorities, which can share this with other countries under CRS and/or FATCA rules;
 
Security

Curado Trust (Nederland) B.V. will take all reasonable measures, physical, administrative and technical to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.
 
Retention

We record your personal data only for the term we are legally obliged, at the end of this term we will delete your information.

At any moment you have the right to request an overview of your personal data. You also have the right to correct any information that is not accurate.
